There are moments in life when we aren’t necessarily given a new answer. Instead, life leads us to ask ourselves a question we may not have stopped to consider in a long time.
How am I really doing?
At the beginning of this year, I found myself in a situation I think many of us can relate to. From the outside, my life was full of people, activities, goals and plans. Yet, deep inside, I felt a sense of loneliness I couldn’t quite explain.
It made me pause.
Over the years, I’ve learned how easily we can build lives that look exactly as we once imagined. We can achieve goals, grow businesses, surround ourselves with networks and fill our calendars with things that move us forward.
But how often do we truly stop to ask ourselves whether we are still connected to the life we are building?
So, I did something simple. I took out my notebook and started writing.
I wasn’t planning a new business. I wasn’t searching for my next big idea. I simply wanted to understand myself a little better.
What do I genuinely love? What makes me feel alive? What do I miss? What matters to me even when nobody else is watching?
I began writing down the answers, one by one:
I love flowers.
I love the little wonders of life and the feeling of an ordinary moment suddenly becoming magical.
I love beauty that makes you feel something.
And I love the French language.
France has never been just another country to me. I attended a French-language school, and my French teachers introduced me not only to the language but also to a part of their culture from an early age.
At some point, however, life took over. Work, responsibility, ambitions and the constant drive to move forward filled the space that had once been reserved for daydreaming, too.
When I wrote the words I love the French language in my notebook, something began to feel familiar.
I missed France.
Not just the sights of Paris or its beautiful streets. I missed the feeling that French culture evokes in me. I missed being in an environment that makes me want to slow down, look around and notice the little details. I missed the way beauty, atmosphere and the small rituals of life are given room to exist.
And suddenly, one thought came to mind:
I need to go to Paris.
I didn’t yet know what I was looking for there. I only knew that I needed to go.
I booked a trip to France.
I still remember the feeling of landing in Paris. I was so moved by the beauty unfolding around me that my very first thought was simply: It’s so beautiful here.
For the next four days, I gave myself permission to simply wander.
I admired the architecture, stopped to appreciate the details, soaked in the atmosphere and allowed my thoughts to wander. I had no specific plan for what I wanted to discover. I simply wanted to be somewhere that seemed to awaken something within me I had temporarily forgotten.
Looking back, perhaps that was the whole point of the journey.
I didn’t go to Paris looking for a business idea. I went because I was longing to reconnect with something within myself.
And sometimes, when we stop trying to force things to happen, we create space for something new to emerge.
Eventually, I found myself on the Champs-Élysées.
I had no idea what was about to happen.
Suddenly, my thoughts, emotions, the beauty around me, my memories and the dreams I had carried with me for so long seemed to come together into something entirely new.
It was no longer just an idea or a product. I could see an entire world taking shape in my mind.
A world where beauty is not simply about how something looks.
It is also about something so much deeper.
The inspiration was so powerful that I spent three hours writing almost without interruption. In the weeks that followed, I continued developing the idea. Thoughts and possibilities came faster than I could process them.
When I began sharing the concept with others, their reactions made me pause. Some compared its world to the kind of luxury associated with maisons such as Dior. Others told me how deeply the idea resonated with them.
When I eventually presented the concept to Vogue, their feedback reinforced my feeling that there was something genuinely special and distinctive about what I was creating.
It was the moment I began to understand that this was no longer just a personal dream. It was a story I wanted to share.
I cannot reveal everything we are creating just yet. But I can share that in March 2027, we will unveil the world of this idea for the first time at a very intimate launch event in collaboration with Vogue.
Only 25 guests will be invited.
In January, we will also open a waitlist for those who want to be part of this journey before the official launch. Those who join will have access to something special that will not be available to others.
For me, this is about so much more than bringing a new product into the world. It is an opportunity to share something born from a deeply personal moment, with the hope that it will find its way into the lives of many others.
Perhaps that is why I want to share this story already, even though not all the details are public just yet.
Because before there is a finished product, there is a feeling.
Before there is a brand, there is an idea.
And before a world can open up to others, someone must first dare to step into it themselves.
For me, this journey began in Paris.
But, in truth, it began much closer to home.
Within myself.
Bienvenue dans mon monde 🤍
